This unique preparation was developed using a technology created by Biocentras scientists and patented in Lithuania (patent No. LT6145B) and worldwide – international patent No. WO2015159134A1 “Therapeutical β-glucan composition, modulating human immune system and initiating the breakdown of cancerous cells”. As more data on the immunomodulating properties of beta-glucans were gathered, other products were developed.
Our food supplements are based on biologically active beta-glucans obtained from yeast by biotechnological methods. We use a technology developed by our own scientists and patented in Lithuania and worldwide, which makes it possible to obtain water-soluble beta-glucans of different molecular weights.
It is this raw material structure and production technology that set our products apart from ordinary food supplements. They are more than supplements – they are the result of science, many years of experience and unique technologies.
LUKE cosmetics contain two unique components protected by international patents: a seven-enzyme complex produced by Biocentras scientists (No. WO2016055839A1) and soluble beta-glucans (No. WO2015159134A1).
