This light-textured hydrogel with a neutral scent is an excellent everyday product for sensitive skin. The alginate-based gel moisturises and soothes dry, oily or dehydrated skin that needs extra moisture.

The scientifically based concentration of the enzyme complex in the product determines how effectively the hydrogel removes the hardened epidermal layer, ensuring faster skin regeneration and a protective function against various pathogens.

The hydrogel can be used at any time of year. In summer, it can serve as the main moisturising facial care product for oily or combination skin. In colder weather, or for dry skin lacking lipids, the hydrogel can be combined with a face cream: first apply a thin layer of hydrogel to damp skin and, once it has been absorbed, apply your day (or night) cream.

Thanks to the antimicrobial effect of the enzymes, the hydrogel can be used in the daily care of problem skin. The glucanase and other lytic enzymes in the complex break down microbial cell walls and thus stop their growth. DNase hydrolyses the DNA of disintegrated cells, speeding up the cleansing of damaged skin.

The hydrogel is ideal after shaving: it relieves irritation and reduces redness, and scratches and micro-injuries heal faster. This gentle product suits all skin types. The hydrogel contains no synthetic fragrances, colourants or substances recognised as allergens.

Thanks to its gentle keratolytic effect, the hydrogel is perfect for keratosis, flaky or cracked patches of skin and hardened skin. With regular use of the skin care hydrogel, the skin becomes softer and smoother, and a balance is achieved in the turnover of old and new epidermal cells.
