The preparation “Fortuna” is a polysaccharide, beta-glucan, isolated from Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell walls and broken down by specific enzymatic hydrolysis into soluble structural elements of different molecular weights. Beta-glucans of different molecular weights are separated using molecular sieves. Under patent WO2015159134 A1, innovative complex beta-glucan mixtures are prepared and used to produce aqueous solutions of soluble beta-glucan fragments with exceptional biologically active properties.
When biologically active yeast beta-glucans and their preparations are taken properly, the following effects occur:
1. Immunomodulating properties can stimulate the functional activity of the immune system.
2. They are cytotoxic to malignant cells and can inhibit the enzyme telomerase, which restores telomeres and is involved in the multiplication of malignant cells.
3. They can be used as adjuvants that promote the formation of more effective acquired immunity against target antigens.
As a food supplement, FORTUNA can be used in all of the cases listed above and can help the body to strengthen the immune system and inhibit the active form of the enzyme telomerase.
Using a special patented technology, water-soluble beta-glucans are obtained – their water solubility makes these beta-glucans biologically active and effective. Only a preparation obtained in this way has a specific structure, which gives the product unique properties.
The product technology is patented not only in Lithuania (patent No. LT6145B) but also internationally (patent No. WO2015159134A1) under the title “Therapeutical β-glucan composition, modulating human immune system and initiating the breakdown of cancerous cells”.
Ingredients: water, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) soluble beta-glucans, acidity regulator – potassium phosphates, preservative – potassium sorbate. The solution may contain naturally formed sediment.

Directions for use:
The Fortuna food supplement consists of three numbered boxes, each containing 10 doses (bottles) of beta-glucans. The bottles are numbered from 1 to 30 and arranged accordingly in the boxes marked with the numbers 1, 2, 3 . Different bottles contain beta-glucans of different molecular sizes.
When taking the preparation, follow the bottle numbering: on the first day, drink the solution from the bottle marked 1, on the second day from the bottle marked 2, and so on until the thirtieth day. Take one bottle a day in the morning before a meal. Shake the solution well before use.
In oncological diseases, the Fortuna food supplement is taken according to individual treatment regimens, in consultation with the attending physician. Depending on the nature and severity of the oncological disease, higher doses of β-glucans may be recommended.
For a more effective effect in stimulating the immune system and detecting cancer cells, it is recommended to take the supplement daily, consuming two bottles, following this scheme: at one time, take one dose (bottle) from box No. 1 and one dose (bottle) from box No. 3. (two bottles of β-glucans per day in total). Once both boxes (No. 1 and No. 3) have been used up, continue taking the supplement from Fortuna box No. 2 at two bottles per day.
Before chemotherapy, radiological or surgical treatment, Fortuna β-glucans are taken in order to reduce the activity of cancer cells and strengthen the body.
After treatment and procedures, Fortuna β-glucans are taken immediately in order to prevent metastases. After completing the course, it is recommended to take β-glucans periodically every 6 months.
